About Ghana Online Will Maker

We exist so no Ghanaian family is left guessing.

85% of Ghanaians die without a will. The result is the same story, repeated: estates frozen for years, families divided, and the people the deceased loved most left financially vulnerable. Ghana Online Will Maker exists to change that — by making a clear, legally sound will affordable for every Ghanaian, at home and abroad.

Ordinary story
Why we built this

An ordinary story we are tired of hearing.

01
The story

A family loses someone. A property dispute follows. Vital documents are missing. Years pass. Relationships fracture. It happens often enough in Ghana to feel ordinary.

02
It does not have to

Ghana’s Wills Act has been in force since 1971. A clear, simple will is enough to prevent most of what follows. But the cost of a lawyer, the inconvenience of an office visit, and the cultural reluctance to talk about death have put a will out of reach for most Ghanaians.

03
Why we built this

We built Ghana Online Will Maker to remove every one of those obstacles. Affordable. Online. In your own time. Reviewed by a Ghanaian law firm. With clear guidance through every step.

04
Where we are

We are at the start. We expect to learn quickly from our first users and we expect the product to keep improving. If you make a will with us, you are not just protecting your family — you are helping us prove that this is a thing Ghana wants and Ghana will use.

The team

The people behind the platform.

A small, focused team in Accra — with a founder splitting time between Ghana and the diaspora, and Zoe, Akyea & Co. as our legal foundation partner.
